This Yosemite Sierra Specialties sauce is versatile for more cuts of meat than tri-tip. It can be used on carne asada, flank steak or chicken. We have even mixed it in with ground been and have also been known to add a dash to grilled vegetables. It has zero carbs, zero grams of sugar and only 1.5 grams of fat per serving-but lots of zip.
